Unlike some stairlift companies, we can complete your Acorn
Stairlift installation within just a few days of you giving us the
green light – next day installation is available in some areas if
it's really urgent. And that goes for more complex curved
stairlifts as well as straight ones.
Acorn’s unique and revolutionary FastTrack® system means even the
most complex stairlift configurations can be fitted on site by our
skilled engineers in just a few hours. There’s no need to wait
weeks for a one-off rail to be designed and built in a factory
then despatched to your home, with no option to modify on site if
it’s not quite right.
Once your stairlift is fitted, our engineer will put it through a
thorough testing procedure designed to make sure everything is
working just as it should be. Every component is checked and
double-checked for optimum performance. Only then will our
engineer guide you step-by-step through the operation of your new
Acorn Stairlift, which is designed for simplicity and ease-of-use.
And remember, even after your engineer has left, help from Acorn
is just a free phone call away, 365 days-a-year, should you ever
need it.
FastTrack® Installation
FastTrack® is a unique modular rail system which can be adapted to exactly follow the profile of almost any staircase. The system is built on a comprehensive inventory of differently shaped interlocking rail sections. By selecting exactly the right sections for your staircase, our expert installation engineers can assemble and custom-fit a bespoke FastTrack® rail to your staircase in just a few hours, and with minimal mess and disruption.
Servicing & Aftercare
Once you've discovered how an Acorn Stairlift can make your life
so much easier, and how it helps you enjoy your home to the
fullest, you'll want to make sure it is always kept in good
condition and full working order. That’s where our stairlift
repairs and servicing come in.
Acorn Stairlifts have a well-earned reputation for reliability,
but like any machine with moving parts they will benefit from
regular routine maintenance. Our Acorn 12-month warranty also
includes a full scheduled service of your stairlift towards the
end of your first year of ownership, including a comprehensive
25-point check covering all its major components by one of our
skilled stairlift servicing technicians, to ensure its optimum
trouble-free performance for many years to come.
Whether you choose a straight, curved or outdoor option, our Acorn
Stairlifts come with a 12-month warranty as a standard. However,
we can offer additional cover for a further four years to keep
your stairlift running smoothly and safely.This includes annual
servicing, gives priority attention if assistance is required and
covers all costs of repair.
Acorn Club
The Acorn Club is the ultimate hub for your personal stairlift. It is a one-stop shop for all stairlift-related information. Through this unique customer portal, you will be able to access all your important documents, keep track of your stairlifts history, troubleshoot minor issues, and get in contact with our support staff.
